Friday night saw us heading over to the Moonlight Cinema in Centennial Park Our friends, Gaz, Sarah & Kath had arranged it and even went to the trouble of sorting out the picnic for us all. A variety of butties, chips & dips, pork pie (not quite up to the legendary Cherbrook’s Pork Pie’s though) and cheese, crackers and grapes. Yum!
I’m not sure I could think of a more relaxing evening than sitting on the grass outside, watching a great movie with friends and a picnic. Being able to spot the planes landing at Sydney airport in the background really topped it off. Not to mention the large possums ‘squawking’ (that’s the only way I can describe it) and running down the tree beside us. It’s experiences like these that really drill home what a great place Australia is, almost everything you do seems to surpass expectations.
Managed to grab a few quick snaps but the light was fading pretty fast though so it meant high ISO and slowish shutter speeds.
