I’ve been meaning to blog Shanna + Pete’s Athol Hall, Mosman wedding for over 2 & a half years now. It’s perhaps the first wedding I shot where I felt like everything clicked & I came away with images that really spoke to the direction my style was going in. I initially planned to submit it to a wedding publication but well, life got in the way, and then I never got round to blogging it as I really wanted to sit down, take my time & do it justice. Fast forward two & a half years and I’ve still not done much blogging but I’m making a concerted effort to change course & correct that; whats the point of having all my best work sitting on a hard drive unseen by anyone? So I thought I would start right here with Shanna + Pete. Their wedding had everything I love, an out of town vibe at the amazing Athol Hall and a super lovely couple who hadn’t overdone it on details but focused on making the day a relaxed family affair with a few key details such as Shanna’s stunning non-traditional wedding dress.
